Payments & Cancellation

HiveZen Family Therapy does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the end of each session when a credit card is entered into the client portal.

Cancellation

Individual, couple and family sessions require a 24 hour notice to avoid missed session charges. Group therapy requires a 24 hour notice and the closed groups do not allow for make-up sessions.
