Welcome to "Reclaiming Purpose: Coping with Job Loss," an ongoing closed group designed to support individuals navigating the emotional complexities of job loss. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will engage in a therapeutic environment that fosters healing, connection, and personal growth. Utilizing the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) therapeutic approaches, this group provides a structured framework for exploring the multifaceted emotions associated with losing a job, including grief, anxiety, and identity shifts.
In this closed group format, participants will have the opportunity to build trust and rapport with one another, creating a safe space for open dialogue and shared experiences. Throughout the sessions, members will work collaboratively to process their feelings, identify coping strategies, and redefine their sense of purpose and direction in the wake of job loss. At the conclusion of the eight weeks, participants will have the option to continue their journey by joining the next group cycle, where new members will be welcomed to the supportive community.
