Let's Fight Together!
The Quitters Junto is a supportive telehealth therapy group designed for individuals seeking to break free from nicotine addiction. A "junto" is a gathering of like-minded individuals who come together to share experiences, insights, and support one another in their journeys toward personal growth and change. This group fosters a safe and collaborative environment where participants can connect, learn, and empower each other as they work towards a nicotine-free life.
Led by psycotherapist Chris Putnam, The Quitters Junto integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) approaches to address the multifaceted nature of addiction. These therapeutic frameworks provide participants with the tools they need to explore their inner landscapes, understand the emotional and relational factors tied to their nicotine use, and cultivate healthier coping mechanisms.
How IFS and NARM Help:
Together, the IFS and NARM approaches create a comprehensive therapeutic experience within The Quitters Junto, equipping participants with the insights and strategies they need to permanently quit nicotine. By fostering connection, self-discovery, and emotional healing, this group empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and live free from the constraints of addiction. Join us in this transformative journey towards a healthier, nicotine-free future.
The Quitting Junto is an open group, meaning new people come in and out. Smaller closed groups with the same people each week at different times. All meetings are telehealth. This open group sometimes has a waiting list, but it is short.
Sending this inquiry does not financially obligate you to the group nor does it guarantee admission.
